Since last few years, I've been observing that the number of stray cats and dogs has drastically increased in Lahore. Regardless of what the local authorities do, these poor little souls tread ahead in their lives. Although a number of dogs have been shot dead with the fear that they might be carrying some endemic disease. But still you may find thousands of them roaming in the streets.
A few days back, while running some errands I met this little fella.
