The fundamental manner to bust the garbage. Some gipsy tribes have aacquired donkey carts that they use to carry garbage from home to home on daily basis for a certain amount of money monthly. Later the filter scrap out of it and send it to a junk yard and dispose the remaining somewhere.
I've mostly seen it in Lahore Pakistan as i live here
